What notice do I need to give you for a booking?
You can book on the day, but to receive the inflatable of
your choice it is best to book as early as possible.

How long do I get the inflatable for?
You can order the inflatables for a few hours or you can keep
it all day, the price remains the same at a daily rate.

What does the price include?
The price includes delivery collection and inflation. The
price also includes a rain cover when required. (Please have
a look at the list of Delivery-Areas
to check if your area is covered)

Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is necessary, full payment is required upon delivery
of your inflatable. You can pay in cash or cheque (with a
cheque guarantee card).

What happens if it rains?
All our units are designed to be safe in the rain and come
complete with RCD circuit breakers, waterproof plugs and some
come with rain covers if required. You also have the option
to cancel on the day with nothing to pay (please note, cancellation
must be made before delivery). It's a good idea to check out
the weather forecast 24 hours before delivery.

How does the inflatable operate?
All units run on an electric blower and 25 metre or 50 metre
extension leads. These are supplied at no extra cost. The
blower must be kept switched on at all times to keep the castle
inflated

How much does the inflatable cost for me to run?
An average unit costs approximately between 50p and £1 of
electricity for a days use.

How long does a inflatable take to set up and inflate?
An average unit takes approximately 5 minutes to set up and
1 minute to inflate.

What safety measures have your inflatables got?
All our inflatables have been triple stitched with reinforced
beds for safety. All units have a safety step fitted and crash
mats are available on request. All units conform to British
Safety Standards and meet the flame-retardant requirements
of BS5438/BS5308. All units come complete with RCD circuit
breakers and waterproof plugs.
